DOCUMENTARY / Runtime: 74 min.

Directed by SAM WAINWRIGHT DOUGLAS

SYNOPSIS: In 2015, the indigenous art collective Postcommodity constructed Repellent Fence, a two-mile long outdoor artwork that straddles the U.S.- Mexico border. Aided by the communities on both sides of the border, the artists installed a series of 28 oversized inflatable spheres that stretched out a mile in each direction. Repellent Fence draws parallels to other large scale land artworks, while questioning the idea of borders and divisions.
