INFO: Please join us for a special evening of lively conversation with Doug Claybourne, Film Producer/Poet/Painter. A University of Tulsa graduate, raised in Tulsa, Doug will touch on the high points of his career working on unforgettable films, beginning in 1976 working on his first motion picture, Apocalypse Now, directed by Francis Ford Coppola. That film began a career that included, among others: The Black Stallion,The Escape Artist, The Black Stallion Returns, Peggy Sue Got Married, War of the Roses, Hearts of Darkness: A Filmmaker’s Apocalypse, The Mask of Zorro, Jack, Nights of Rodanthe, North Country and Rumble Fish. Claybourne will focus on his experience filming Rumble Fish, 35 years ago in Tulsa. This was the first film Doug produced for Francis Coppola as a director and it remains Doug's and Coppola’s favorite of their many pictures.

Moderated by Tava Maloy Sofsky (Director, OF + MO), who calls Doug her producing partner and mentor of many years.
